We want you to love your wallpaper. Our expert production team conducts rigorous quality checks on every strip of paper and we won't let anything leave our premises if we're not 100% confident it's perfect for you.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase, just contact our friendly team, we will do our best to find a solution as soon as possible. We sell a variety of products on our website and you can find more information about our return policy for each product below.
Suitable murals
If there is a problem with your mural, the first thing to do is to contact within 14 days of receiving the product; We can be contacted by phone at

To help us solve the problem faster, we will ask you to send us some pictures of your mural to see if we need to send a courier to collect your mural. In most cases, we won't need to collect information and can usually tell where the problem is from pictures.
It is important to note that our murals are a custom "made to measure" product that is unique to each wall, thus no two are the same and have no resale value. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of the murals due to a change of plan, or they are simply not desirable, or after they have been installed, as we cannot reuse them. Once payment is received for your custom mural, the order cannot be cancelled.
Once you review the images, our team will give you a detailed breakdown of what caused your problem. If Etarjo considers the problem to be caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, or is caused by abuse by the customer or an associated third party, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or damages and no refunds will be given.
If the problem is determined to be caused by something outside our control, our helpful team will still be able to advise and guide you on some practical steps you can take to try to mitigate the problem. We pride ourselves on customer service and go above and beyond for our customers.
If, after reviewing the photos, Etarjo considers the problem to be caused by something within our control such as a printing defect or a defective product, we are more than happy to accept responsibility and will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
In this case, most often, we will be able to issue a replacement mural that can be sent to you promptly. At Etarjo, we see bugs as a learning opportunity and it's very rare that we run into a problem that we can't solve by working with you to create a replacement.
However, we understand that there may be occasions when a defective product has been received and the customer would like a refund. Our team will be happy to accommodate this for you and will arrange to collect the mural to return to our main office. Once the mural is received, a full refund will be given to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
If the customer wishes to return the product himself, instead of using our collection service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that it reaches us in a timely manner and in acceptable condition. We highly recommend using secured and tracked service and refunds will not be issued for any item lost in transit when returned to us.
Please be careful when installing the mural or hire someone to help with the installation. Strictly, we cannot compensate third parties for installation fees or take responsibility for installation errors. The product must be checked for any potential faults before contracting with any third party, as we cannot accept any cancellation fee if the product is not suitable for installation.

Our team of wallpaper experts will be happy to accommodate for you and arrange wallpaper collection to return to our main office. Once the wallpaper is received, it will be checked by our team before a refund is issued. All returned wallpaper rolls must be in salable condition. Etarjo reserves the right to refuse a refund on your order if the item is received back in a condition which means it cannot be resold and any such item will be sent back to you. Examples of items that cannot be resold include wallpaper rolls that have already been cut or damaged in any way.
